Registration and Fees
The Congress offers different registration fees depending on participant category and time of booking. Until 15 April 2026, the Early-Bird price (€350) is applied automatically to all paid categories. If your category is already cheaper (e.g., Young Scholar €250) or free (General Rapporteur/Moderator/Workshop Convenor), that lower/free rate prevails. The eligibility for the reduced categories will be verified.
- Regular: 350 € (from 16.04.2026: 500 €)
- Speaker & Special Rapporteur: 350 €
- IACL Member: 350 € (from 16.04.2026: 400 €)
- Young Scholar (under 30 years old or under 35 and enrolled in a law programme)*: 250 €
- General Rapporteur, Moderator & Workshop Convenor: free (but registration required)
Payment methods: Bank Transfer, Credit Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay
*If you are under 30 years of age, you will be asked to upload proof of age at the end of the booking process. Accepted forms of identification are national ID card, passport or driver’s licence. If you are a student under 35 years of age, you will be asked to upload the same kind of proof as well as a proof of enrollement in Law Studies (including PHD).
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your participation, please notify us as early as possible. Participation fees cannot be fully refunded, as organisational costs are incurred well in advance of the Congress.
Cancellation fee:
- until 15th April 2026: 170.00 EUR
- until 15th August 2026: 280.00 EUR / 170.00 EUR for Young Scholars
- from 16th August 2026: 100% of the invoice total
