We are pleased to offer this exclusive congress event: Prof. Dr. Stefan Grundmann will personally guide a walking tour entitled "From Humboldt to Humboldt," offered on Tuesday, Wednesday (7:45 AM), and Thursday (12:45 PM), with capacity for up to 40 participants.
"From Humboldt to Humboldt is designed to see why and when Humboldt was founded, why history wanted it to reside in the palace which was planned as the Versailles of Berlin, why the square in front of it was, at the same time, pure freedom and pure totalitarian breakdown and why you should continue to walk on to Museum Island.
